For partners in the US & Canada

Turn your business relationships into software opportunities.

Bridgework is building a network of business partners in the US and Canada who identify software needs, develop client relationships, and collaborate with developers across Asia on client projects. You never need to write code.

Early-stage network. Joining does not guarantee project assignments, client introductions, or income. Compensation and responsibilities are agreed in writing.

Who this is for
  • Business development professionals with relevant industry connections
  • Consultants who understand client problems and can spot software opportunities
  • Independent professionals with account management or solution sales experience
  • Entrepreneurs who want a structured software delivery partnership
What you could contribute

You lead the
client side.

A Bridgework partner is an independent business development collaborator, not an employee. You can work project by project or on an ongoing basis, and you can bring your own client relationships.

Find opportunities

Identify businesses with genuine software needs and help understand their problem and requirements.

Client communication

Be the day-to-day point of contact and keep the client relationship on track.

Business coordination

Work with the technical team on scope, timelines, and expectations between client and developer.

Equipment & on-site

Source or hand off hardware a project requires, and prepare the physical environment where it runs.

How this works commercially

Clear terms.
No guessing.

Bridgework earns from the software projects it helps deliver. Partners and developers are paid as independent contractors in one of two ways.

Profit share

A share of the revenue a specific client project generates. The split, when it is calculated, and when it is paid are agreed before work begins.

Fixed monthly

A set amount for ongoing work, sized to the expected workload and time commitment, paid on an agreed schedule.

No fee to apply or join. Exact figures are set per project on a call and put in writing before work starts.

Questions, answered

Good to know.

Want to understand the details before applying? That is exactly what this section is for.

Ask us anything
Do I need to find my own clients?

Not necessarily. Bridgework is building its own project pipeline, and partners who bring client relationships are welcome. As an early-stage network, we cannot guarantee project assignments or income.

Is work or income guaranteed?

No. Bridgework launched in 2026 and is building its first network of partners and developers. Applying or being accepted does not guarantee an interview, a project, client introductions, or income. When a suitable opportunity exists, scope and payment are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Is this just outsourcing?

No. A partner is not reselling outsourced labor at a markup. You are an active part of the relationship — coordinating scope, communication, and delivery — and you share in the project's outcome rather than billing a spread on someone else's work.

Is this a job, freelance work, or a partnership?

Partners and developers work with Bridgework as independent contractors, not employees, and there is no equity involved. You are paid through a project profit share or a fixed monthly arrangement, with the split, schedule, and who pays whom agreed in writing before work begins.

Do I have to pay anything to join?

No. There is no fee to apply or become a Bridgework partner or developer — ever.

I am outside the US. Can I be a partner?

Our current priority is partners in the US and Canada. If you are elsewhere in the Americas and have relevant client relationships, apply and tell us about them.

Who signs the client contract and sends invoices?

The contracting and invoicing arrangement is agreed per project before work begins; we explain the exact structure on the project call.

What happens if a project runs into problems?

The partner coordinates client communication, the developer owns technical delivery, and Bridgework helps clarify scope, responsibilities, and next steps.
