Different strengths.
One team.

Bridgework pairs professionals in the US and Canada who build client relationships with experienced developers across Asia — to deliver practical software, from client portals to systems that run on on-site equipment.

The model

Two capable people.
One clear connection.

Clients are businesses that need practical software built and running. Bridgework splits the work cleanly: the partner in the US or Canada leads the client relationship and on-the-ground needs, while the Asia-based developer owns the software delivery.

How it works

Simple roles.
Serious work.

Responsibilities, pricing, payment structure, and timelines are worked out together—typically on a call—before anyone begins.

01

A project comes to the table.

Bridgework is building its own project pipeline, and partners are welcome to bring their own client relationships.

02

The partner keeps it moving.

The partner handles communication, coordination, and equipment or on-site needs.

03

A developer handles the build.

A developer or team owns all technical delivery, including software environment setup.

04

Terms are agreed first.

Responsibilities, pricing, payment, and timelines are clear before work starts.

For partners in the US & Canada

What does a
partner do?

A Bridgework partner is an independent business development collaborator—not an employee. You work project-by-project or on an ongoing basis, and you never need to write code.

Client communication

Be the day-to-day point of contact and keep the relationship on track.

Business coordination

Manage scope, timelines, and expectations between client and developer.

Equipment delivery

Source, ship, or hand off physical hardware a project requires.

On-site setup

Prepare the physical environment where hardware will run.

How this works commercially

Clear terms.
No guessing.

Bridgework earns from the software projects it helps deliver. Partners and developers are paid as independent contractors in one of two ways.

Profit share

A share of the revenue a specific client project generates. The split, when it is calculated, and when it is paid are agreed before work begins.

Fixed monthly

A set amount for ongoing work, sized to the expected workload and time commitment, paid on an agreed schedule.

No fee to apply or join. Exact figures are set per project on a call and put in writing before work starts.

For developers

Let your work
travel further.

Reach US clients without relocating. You own the technical build while your partner in the US or Canada handles client communication and the physical delivery environment.

People who are strong at building client relationships should not need to become developers to work in tech — and skilled developers should not need to be in the US to reach US clients.

Who's behind Bridgework

Built by someone
who's been on both sides.

Gregory Chin is an AI full-stack engineer with 8+ years building production LLM systems, real-time voice and video platforms, and backend infrastructure — first in Hong Kong, later for US healthcare and consumer AI companies.

He has been the developer looking for client access and the team lead looking for reliable technical talent. Bridgework is built to close that gap.

Bridgework launched in 2026 and is building its first network of partners and developers. As real projects are delivered, we will share them here. Until then, you can check who we are directly:

Questions, answered

Good to know.

Want to understand the details before applying? That is exactly what this section is for.

Ask us anything
What exactly is Bridgework?

Bridgework connects professionals in the US and Canada who build client relationships with software developers and technical teams across Asia, so they can deliver client software projects together.

Do I need to find my own clients?

Not necessarily. Bridgework is building its own project pipeline, and partners who bring client relationships are welcome. As an early-stage network, we cannot guarantee project assignments or income.

Is work or income guaranteed?

No. Bridgework launched in 2026 and is building its first network of partners and developers. Applying or being accepted does not guarantee an interview, a project, client introductions, or income. When a suitable opportunity exists, scope and payment are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Is this just outsourcing?

No. A partner is not reselling outsourced labor at a markup. You are an active part of the relationship — coordinating scope, communication, and delivery — and you share in the project's outcome rather than billing a spread on someone else's work.

Is this a job, freelance work, or a partnership?

Partners and developers work with Bridgework as independent contractors, not employees, and there is no equity involved. You are paid through a project profit share or a fixed monthly arrangement, with the split, schedule, and who pays whom agreed in writing before work begins.

Do I have to pay anything to join?

No. There is no fee to apply or become a Bridgework partner or developer — ever.

Who signs the client contract and sends invoices?

The contracting and invoicing arrangement is agreed per project before work begins; we explain the exact structure on the project call.

What types of projects are typical?

Practical websites, internal tools, client portals, automations, AI systems, and software connected to on-site equipment.

What if I do not know which role fits me?

That is fine. Describe your background when you apply, and we will help figure out whether client-facing partnership, technical delivery, or something else is the right fit.

What happens if a project runs into problems?

The partner coordinates client communication, the developer owns technical delivery, and Bridgework helps clarify scope, responsibilities, and next steps.
